SKC334 - 49er Minors: Musical Theater
Campers will spend the week learning (and creating some of their own) dialogue and scripts, learn choreography, songs, and more!
Course Overview
Step Into the Spotlight & Create an Original Musical
Musical Theater is a high-energy, week-long performing arts camp designed for students in grades 5–8 who love music, storytelling, and being on stage. Campers take creative control as they collaborate with peers and instructors to write, stage, and perform their very own “jukebox” musical—featuring popular songs paired with original storylines.
From the first brainstorming session to the final bow, students experience the excitement and discipline of live theater in a supportive, creative environment.

Campers explore every step of creating a musical production, gaining hands-on experience in both performance and behind-the-scenes creativity.
