Cindy StonesiferCindy Stonesifer began work on major change initiatives more than 12 years ago managing reengineering and process improvement projects. Her drive to ensure projects achieved results led to her expertise in project implementation. She has developed change strategies, coordinated communication and training efforts, and developed implementation plans for both large and small projects. She also provides change management training and education. The larger projects on which she served as the implementation lead include a $15 million reengineering project and an IT project that impacted 15,000 employees.

Cindy holds an MBA from the University of Houston and is certified by ODR, Inc. to instruct change management training programs. Cindy is certified by PMI® as a Project Management Professional.
