What you will learn

COVID-19 is changing the way most businesses operate, either in their customer interfaces, the shift to a remote workforce or both. Two skill sets that were essential prior to the pandemic are more important than ever: Business Analysis and Business Process Management.

Successfully transitioning to the "new normal" requires us to make the right changes to our technology and our business processes. Falling down in either area will make for a difficult 2021. On the other hand, creating synergy during technology and process redesign will lay the foundation for a bright future.

This virtual information session held via Zoom will address the business process-technology synergy that is vital to your organization and career. We will also discuss this semester's virtual certificate programs in Business Analysis and Business Process Management.
