PJM 223 — Data-Driven Project Decision-Making & Benefits Realization
Use project data, analytics, and key performance indicators to support decision-making and evaluate project outcomes.
PJM 224 — Advanced Risk & Opportunity Management
Develop strategies for identifying, analyzing, and responding to project risks while recognizing opportunities that can improve project outcomes.
PJM 225 — Change Leadership & Capstone Simulation
Apply knowledge from throughout the certificate in an integrated project simulation involving project leadership, stakeholders, risk, and organizational change.
