Overview
The Green Belt program provides a detailed view of three of the most-widely used total quality management methodologies in industry today. The course covers Lean Six Sigma methodology and tools used to improve existing processes or design new processes. Upon completion of the program, students will be able to lead Lean Six Sigma projects to improve processes within their workplace.

Certificate Requirements
To earn the certification, you must complete the following two steps in order:
- Complete the online coursework (entitled "Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification" when you register) and earn at least a 70% on the end-of-course exam
- Complete a coaching project (entitled "Coaching Portion -- Green Belt Certification" when you register)
Once you successfully complete both the online and coaching portions of the course, you will earn the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification and will receive an electronic certificate, a paper certificate (which will be mailed to you), and a Credly badge for use on LinkedIn, etc.
