This course dives deeper into the foundational concepts taught in the first course on “Powerful Leadership.” You will learn how to ‘level-up’ your leadership skills by building (and keeping) trust though emotional intelligence, authenticity and integrity, creating a safe and engaging environment, being an agile learner and proper delegation.
