Course Overview

Our ability to adapt to unforeseen circumstances (like; say, a pandemic) elevates our leadership abilities.  The organizations and leaders who look at challenges as new opportunities were the most successful at managing their way through uncertainty.  Being able to predict what’s around the corner, navigating around obstacles and keeping your team engaged throughout are key elements to being a nimble leader.  This course seeks to explore what it means to be nimble and tools that can help you meet these challenges head on.
