COD214 - Coding: Video Game Animation/Beats and Jams: Digital Music Creators (Grades 4-6)

Course Overview
A STEAM Camp for Game Artists & Music Makers
Coding: Video Game Animation / Beats and Jams: Digital Music Creators is a dual-focus camp designed for students in grades 4–6 who love games, music, and digital creativity. Campers spend part of the week designing animated characters for video games and part of the week producing original digital music and sound effects.
No previous coding, animation, or music experience is required—just imagination and a desire to create. Students work in pairs or small teams for most of the program, building collaboration skills while they learn.
Video Game Animation – Bring Characters to Life
In the Video Game Animation portion of camp, students learn how to bring 2D game characters to life using design tools similar to those used by real game developers.
