Certificate Requirements
To earn the Human Resources Certificate, participants must:
- Complete all 10 required courses.
- Successfully meet the attendance and completion requirements for each course.
Courses may be completed in any order, and there are no prerequisites. Participants are encouraged to complete the certificate within 18 months.
Professional and Recertification Credit
Human Resources courses may qualify for professional and recertification credit, including SHRM Professional Development Credits (PDCs) and HRCI recertification credit.
Professional credit varies by course. Review the individual course registration page for applicable credit information before registering.
Attendance Requirements
Participants must meet the attendance and participation requirements established for each course to receive credit toward the Human Resources Certificate.
