Course Overview
Offered as part of our Project Management Certificate, this is a self-paced, online course that is paired with our Principles of Project Management course. Once you register for the Principles of Project Management course, you will receive details on how to access and earn your Lean Six Sigma White Belt.
The Lean Six Sigma White Belt course provides a brief overview of three of the most-widely used total quality management methodologies in the industry today. The first half of the course covers an introduction to the Six Sigma methodology used to improve existing processes or design new processes. The second half of the course is a brief introduction to the methodology called Lean, which provides participants with the general knowledge of the terms used by practitioners in the industry today.
It is recommended that you complete your Lean Six Sigma White Belt before attending the Principles of Project Management course as the Lean Six Sigma White Belt content is referenced in the Principles of Project Management course.
