The Anne Spychala Family Charitable Foundation Scholarship for Women was established to support individuals who participate in specific UNC Charlotte certificate programs in order to switch careers or improve their career potential.

We are currently accepting scholarship applications for our Spring 2025 program offerings in:

• Meeting and Event Planning Certificate
• Medical Coding Specialist Certificate
• Paralegal Certificate 

A special consideration will be made to those supporting their families and whose education will improve their lives and set an example that it is never too late to learn.

An ideal scholarship candidate is someone who demonstrates determination, the ability to balance family and work obligations promotes gender equality, and who will be an ambassador for UNC Charlotte School of Professional Studies and the career opportunities it creates.

Scholarship recipients will receive a $1,000 scholarship to be applied toward the cost of one of the UNC Charlotte certificates listed above.
